Visited thrice at different intervals along with family.

Good : food taste 4/5 Washroom cleanliness : 0/5

Worst : (1) no control on insects specially in the evening (inside the hotel) (2) Manager attitude when asked for where's the cleaned rest room was careless (3) if u are with family and expecting clean washroom, don't get surprised you would be welcomed by all kinds of flying and crawling insects and frogs too. This time we were lucky coz washroom was closed!!!

Our last visit was on 17thApr 2022 around 9pm and after dining, I asked manager for ladies washroom for my wife and kid and he said not cleaned and not available. Was really angry on attitude and response from the manager, he was not even concerned about the issue. Worst in providing basic needs. Infact during our second visit, the washroom condition was pathetic (that's when we found friendly insects gathering). After raising the voice, another staff guided us to the opposite hotel (4 season) across the road.I really feel bad for lady staffs. Not for family visitors.

I would rather compromise on food taste than family safety. Never be...

Very slow service. First nobody arranged a table for us, we had to pull empty chairs from other table to make a seating of 7 in an table for 4 (which had only 2 chairs to begin with) We then waited for 10 min for a waiter to come and take the order, this was despite us asking the receptionist and waiters serving other tables, thrice to send someone. When the waiter did come, he took our order wrong the roasted papad was fried and not roasted, we ordered 1 butter roti and 4 lacha paratha, the waiter bot us 1 roti without butter and some dahi type item in bowl, which he called "kacha lamba something". It very well could be that he heard us wrong, but to bring 2 sabji and just 1 roti on a table of 6 adults, without once confirming was weird.

When the food was infact served, we had to explicitly ask for bowl, spoon and fork(as we also ordered 1 hakka noodle).

We ordered North Indian food, which was not that tasty. All our drinks were below average as well(we ordered butter milk - not great, fresh lime soda - not fresh and too sweet, watermelon juice without sugar- ok)

Overall not a good service so...
