Zaika - name specifies the quality. But it's always told that one spoiled fish in the pond makes the entire pond dirty. The same happened to us today. There was a waiter who came to take our order and for our surprise he was pathetic. Doesn't have any respect towards the customers. He is a weak link due to which the restaurant name can be spoiled in the minds of its customers. Food here is no doubt finger licking but if the person taking the order is senseless and ill mannered then no point having such reputation coz it will not take seconds to spoil the entire built empire. Thankfully Mr. Hudaif immediately rushed to our table and attended us with an apology for the behaviour of the other staff. What a beautiful restaurant!! I randomly stopped at this place because I had always seen a lot of vehicles parked while I traveled regularly on the highway! I was very curious about this restaurant. One fine day I decided to stop here for lunch. As I entered the restaurant I was taken aback looking at the ambiance of this restaurant! The interiors are done up so well! It gives a very cosy feeling when you’re inside and it follows a Mediterranean or Lebanese style. The host was amazing…. I forgot his name but I’m sure he is the owner! Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was chaotic. We were given a seat, but shockingly, the staff asked us to move when another customer came in. This showed a complete lack of professionalism and organization.

The food service was no better. Our order was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, the staff just dropped the plates on the table without a word and walked away. It felt like they were in a rush and simply didn’t care. To make matters worse, they even forgot part of our order, and we had to remind them more than once.
