Kila Kothi — Restaurant in Kelodkartal

Very bad service. There were six of us dining at the restaurant. From the first serving of soup to the last main course, they consistently made delivery mistakes. We ordered one Veg Manchow soup and three Chicken Manchow soups. We were served one Veg Manchow soup really early, but the remaining three were not served. When we asked which soup it was, we were told it was one chicken soup. A non-veg starter was served, but the server said it was 'pure veg.' Roti and curries were requested, but rotis were served much before the curries. The list of errors continued until our last order. Worst of all, it was a chilly winter evening, and the dining area was open. We had requested a bonfire because they had it and were lighting it up for other diners. Throughout our dinner, we never got a bonfire as they kept giving excuse after excuse, while they kept giving a bonfire to others

Food: worst food i ever eaten in indore. It was full of colour. I have ordered 2 dishes chilli paneer and butter paneer masala they have cooked both dishes in same gravy. And both dishes have lot of food colour.

Veg-non veg: if u r pure vegetarian then please avoid this place. They have placed non veg dish on my table and they said oh sorry it someone else order.

Behaviour: the staff is so rude. Inducing the waiters and the manager. Very very rude.

Atmosphere: if looks good from outside. But never try inner sitting if full of drunk people they allow to dring there it self.

There were no water in washroom. U have to buy a water bottle even to wash your hands.

Cost : it's costly. There are some other near by place like kasher laal. You can also...

"I recently visited KILA KOTHI and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in their customers as I requested them to turn down the volume several time as it was so disturbing due to the quality of speakers. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone."

Food Below Average - Pasta is sweet as Milk Cake, Daal Makhni is like Sugar water. I am shocked 😳 how chefs are trained. Ambience Average Service Average
