The most pathetic service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

I had to ask twice just to get drinking water. Even after I finished my entire meal, no one bothered to bring it. Absolutely unacceptable.

I don’t even know if the people there are staff or the owners — but honestly, whoever they are, they have zero sense of hospitality. Their attitude? Lethargic, careless, and completely unbothered.

Yes, the food was decent I ordered biriyani, but they are serving mandhi, these people don't eat a good mandhi.... That's the true. I don't want to comment more about food. what’s the point if the service is so miserable that it ruins the entire experience?

This was the worst hotel experience of my entirelife. I wouldn’t return even if they were the only place open, I’d rather stay hungry.

I visited the restaurant, today morning for a bulk order of lunch for an orphanage, situated within 2 km, on 28th of this month. Initially they had agreed for an amount of Rs 100/- per meal and informed me that they would contact me and confirm the same today itself. As I did not receive a call from them, I contacted them in person in the evening. To my surprise, they had increased the rate to Rs 140/-. As I enquired them on the reason, their justification was that the amount of Rs 100 was for those who ate at the restaurant. It is the only restaurant in attingal which I liked the most. We are regular customers for a few months ago. In Attingal i think there was lack of family restaurants. If anyone come to Attingal it is the better place to have the food especially with our family. There is 2 rooms available for families. Ac nd non-Ac are provided. I didn't check the taste of veg dishes bcz i am a non veg lover. Chicken fried rice, dry chilly chicken nd beef masala are the dishes which i liked the most. Beverage items are also available.
