Very well maintained family restaurant. Small but very decent. So is their customer service. I am sharing my experience of how friendly and helpful their staffs were... I happened to visit their restaurant last week on my way from Bangalore to Alappuzha . Stopped by for breakfast and as I was about to leave after breakfast when I realised that I have kept my car keys in the car itself and due to autolock feature the car is now locked with keys inside the car . for about 45 min the staffs were with me to help me open the door by all means .they contacted the Mechanic for me .finally they managed to open the door and retrieved the keys even before the mechanic could do. an unforgettable experience. Let me start my honest review with some small demerit
its not a/c (at rainy night) had some steps to reach the hall(old one May struggle) MERITS
both vegitarian and non foods are very good in quality and quantity affordable price for anyone well maintained ambiance(eco friendly) very neat and clean. staffs are very polite and with a decent behavior.(our supplier help us after dinner to reach out the car by bringing a large umbrella than can occuppy our full family 6 person) washrooms and toilet were maintained very neatly. dont need to wait for a long time...

The staff seem emotionless and look like they were forced to do their job and hates it. The Chicken Biryani was below average. The meals were also not good. The atmosphere looks vibe-less.
