Ammas homely food — Restaurant in Kerala

Ammachikada, as we lovingly call it- this restaurant is the patio of a house that has been converted to a feed the hungry with tasty meals run by an elderly couple also offering protection from the elements with a strong roof in case the rain god showers or the sun god decides to be cruel.

The place is located near the lower pine valley and is a stone's throw away from a nice flowing river (though it says that bathing is not permitted).
