Beware when you pre order food for some functions from here.They don't keep or provide the details of your order. I was once scammed by them.I ordered Onam sadhya from them for 8 heads for 150/- per head. I was 200% vigilant about the amount since it was my company's team lunch.I payed the advance amount whichwas half the amount ie,₹600 and asked for advance receipt. They said no need of that and also they don't have any such slips or tokens. They also called me and confirmed about the order for the same amount, two days before. When I got there for Thiruvonam Day to collect my order, They said what they only have is the package of ₹200 per head and they don't even have such package of ₹150. I was shocked since they were the one who said the package and collected the advance amount. Imagine if you were at my point. My whole team is waiting for onam lunch.Still I spoke to them without being arrogant. They insisted me to buy 8 qty of ₹200 package by saying this is only available with us. How can an establishment behave like such irresponsibly. I showed them the advance payment screenshot of the day which I booked, still they were not ready to agree to their fault. At last they negotiated by giving a package of 1100. They said it's for 5 people's platter, which was correct only if the consuming persons are five babies of age 5 year. There was no option but to buy that package since any higher amount will be paid from my pocket.
