Extremely disappointed with the service we received at Arabian Majlis recently. We ordered 3 separate dishes: 2 slices of alfam, a quarter peri peri chicken mandhi, and a normal mandhi.

Issues encountered:

Long Wait: Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive, even though we ordered at 1:30 pm. Incorrect Order: When the food arrived, the "normal mandhi" was actually the requested "slice" serving. Unreasonable Policy: When we politely requested them to change the mandhi to the correct "slice" serving, they refused. They claimed a policy of only serving 4-piece chicken (2 wings and 2 legs) per table, regardless of the dish combination ordered. Unaccommodating Staff: Our explanation that the order consisted of 3 distinct dishes fell on deaf ears. The staff maintained a rigid stance, refusing to accommodate our request. Unwelcoming Attitude: The overall attitude was dismissive and borderline rude. It felt like an ultimatum - eat what we serve or leave. This is unacceptable, especially considering we were paying customers. Customer Experience Matters:
