Backwater Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

Experienced amazing service in this Flagship property of Taj. The resort is relatively well maintained and all the staff are very well experienced. We had special help from Jason and Pramod as we had some special requests. Our 3 night stay went smoothly. We had a Photoshoot as well and hotel management, especially Mr Pramod, helped us in arranging the photographer along with suggesting good locations. One recommendation from us will be to provide a full size mirror in the rooms. AC was not perfectly cooling in the room.
