Baik Arabia — Restaurant in Kerala

The food and service at this restaurant are all great. But I have one complaint, which is that this shop, which has a seating capacity of more than 50, only has one toilet. One day, I had an emergency and went to the toilet with a lady I was with, and Already was one of them. Then I couldn't go there and had to wait for a while. Doesn't such a nice shop have the money to build separate toilet for men and women? If two people feel like going to the toilet for the same emergency, there's no place like this.

I have eaten biryani from this shop and it is not good. The quantity is there but there is no taste of biryani.

Very disappointing service. I tried calling the number they provided to place an order from outside India, but there was no response. Even if they do respond, they only recommend using their app. However, the application doesn’t allow registration — not even from within India. This has been a very frustrating experience with Baik Arabia. Please note, this is not the only shop available for Kollam district, so I suggest the team take this feedback seriously and improve their service. So very bad experience 😡😡😡.....if not give information y you give...

Ordered Chicken Mandi Normal(19th Sep) and Alfahan chicken mandi(21st Sep) in 2 different days. Awesome. The next best mandi I had after Nahdi Kuzhimandi from Thrissur and Kozhikode. Good quantity and quality. I wish they continue to deliver same quality in future. Only negative as of now is, the Salta (tomato sauce) is not upto mark...needs improvement. But still 5 star?? Never expected quality restaurant in kunnicode. Will provide more reviews after trying other dishes. They also have home delivery or can try Peldano food...
