Banana leaf — Restaurant in Kerala

I can’t even give stars for food as they didn’t even provide or came to serve us. Such a horrible restaurant. I witnessed one thing that is they are treating other state people very worst. They didn’t even came for asking what we need. We went to restaurants at 1:00 PM and sat in the restaurant. Serving person came but they didn’t ask and serve us anything. We said to take order for lunch. They were saying that wait for some time. Then the time was 1:30 PM. No one came. But every working person was taking order for other table who came after us. Then we stepped into the manager room and said that “none came to take the order, what is happening in this restaurant?”. The lady said food is not available with a rude behaviour. We asked them then how come others who came after us were able to order and eat food. She didn’t even care about our words. This was the thing happened in the restaurant. We went around 3 o'clock. They prepared food based on order. We had to wait for a few mins, but that was ok for hot food. Quality and quantity was good. The taste was also good. The staff were polite. Price was also ok. A good...

Pathetic experience ... Had lunch there on 26/12/23 we waited for around 1 hour for food and the food was not good either. Instead of meals after waiting that long they give us biriyani... When we complained they started arguing...
