This will be long as this is not only a review, but also a sincere heartful gratitude. I came to know about this beautiful cake shop while searching for one on google for ordering a cake for my daughters first Birthday and When i see their board for first time, it was mentioned as Art bakery. So, i was wondering what is an art bakery. When i went to the pictures in their page, i was totally surprised on the presentation of the cake. Each and every cake stood unique with different kinds of decorations on it. Each of their cake was a real piece of art which was so well crafted. I ordered a valentines special box as my first order with them. I just loved the way they presented the box which had 2 cup cakes, 2 brownies, a cheese cake, a maccaron and a jar cake. Cup cakes have a good and soft texture on outside and had a small filling of nuts inside and cream on top which so good. Brownies was great and cheesecake was so soft and very tasty. The maccaron was very tasty in flavor and was beautifully decorated with some golden beads like thing. I really like that minute piece of detailing on it. The jar cakes was truly out of the box combination which was totally surprising. It was a milk cake with a combination rose cream, cardamom, pista and had an added flavor of rasmalai which is topped with some Pistachios on top. That was a real treat for tongue with a mix a flavour which creates a rock n roll in tongue. It was a great mix and a really complex flavor. Our next order was the birthday cake, we said all our ideas to Gouri Sivakumar, the most talented person who behind these beautiful creations, from starting onwards she understood all our requirements thoroughly and added her points to make the outcome most perfect. From the start to end she was also a part of our ideas. Whatever we want on the cake we juat discussed with her. She included some of them and ruled out some of them for the as a mutual decisions for crafting a perfect birthday cake. After all decorations we were confused between two flavors and final went for rose milk pistachio eggless version. After a long wait on the day she send me the final out and i was just blown away to see the presentation. As we opened the box in front of crowd everyone was very surprised to see the cake because of its presention. Then came the aha moment which we tasted the cake. It was just mindblowingly delicious, it was a perfectly flavoured cake with a very balanced flavor or rosemilk, topped with rose cream and pistachio. There was lot of attachments on top which was sufficient enough for the childrens gathered in the functions. There was cup cakes and lot more. The cake just vanished within minutes. It was very perfect on sweetness. Most of the people mentioned that it was very tasty and is adequately sweet. The sweetness was not at all over powering the flavors of the cake. The exterior color clearely matched with the birthday dress with the name printed in accrylic which lot of attachments and art work made the cake to look outstanding in presentation side and perfect blend of flavours made it a real treat for tongue.
