Title: Big Bun: A Letdown in Delivery Service

My recent experience with Big Bun through Zomato's delivery service left much to be desired. I had placed an order with excitement, looking forward to savoring their delicious offerings. Unfortunately, the order never reached me, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory ordeal.

Despite receiving a confirmation of my order and an estimated delivery time, the clock kept ticking, and my hunger only grew. After attempting to contact Big Bun's contact number after so much time hold they told me it’s not the mistake of them contact zomato . Before ordering I called them and asked for the order they only told you can order through zomato . After all these issue happens they told me shop is closed we cannot do anything . The lack of clear communication and accountability on their part was disheartening.

What's disappointing is the absence of any proactive measures from Big Bun or Zomato to address the situation. I received no updates about the delay, and I was left in the dark about the status of my order. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to uphold its end of the bargain, especially when customers are eagerly awaiting their meals.

As someone who values promptness and effective customer service, this experience fell short of my expectations. The whole point of using a food delivery service is convenience, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope that Big Bun and Zomato take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their service to avoid disappointing others in the future.
