Black Forest Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I visited this restaurant to have dinner and we ordered Schezwan noodles and alfam...when I saw the noodles at the same time I knew it very well that it's gonna be tasteless bcz I saw red chillies been added in that noodles which is usually not done...and the noodles used in the dish was thin noodles which should have to a thick one and it was really tasteless but alfam was better...by seeing the interior and the cleanliness they maintained i never that their food quality will be rated 0 I would request everyone not to order noodles from this restaurant bcz this was the worst noodles I ever had in my life and the price of the noodles was also expensive as compared to other restaurants. Need to work a lot to improve the quality of food being provided in the restaurant. I didn't get any option to reply u back so i am editing my review,..as u said that ur restaurant opens at 12 and said that I have posted my review at 11:30 pm ...I would like to make it clear that I am just giving the review about what I have gone through and it completely depends on my convience that when should i post the review bcz when I will get time only then I willl be able to give a review and before that let Me make it clear to u that the day when I visited ur restaurant it was on 1st September nearly after 8:30 pm and when I came back to my home and when I got time I posted the review and yesterday when I checked for that review it was not visible so I posted it again today And I am writing this only bcz u told me to kindly reply

We were 5 family members who visited at late night to restaurant and seated in Nadan section and waiting for the someone to assist us with order where nobody bothered to facilitate us or to clean the table. Latter we had ask them about delay in taking order wherein they sais aa due to staff shortage serving at nadan section is not possible and they asked us to seated in another aera of the hotel. After few minutes of waiting one service boy had come and took our order. Most of the food items were finished due to last minute and placed with available options which was said by the service person. The sad this was after placing the order they service boy returned to our table and said sir one item among the placed order was finished and requested to change the item. Yes!! We did it and was waiting for order again same guy approached and said juice option is available as the the sugar wasn't available. Almost 4 times the same scenario was taken placed. My concern to write this feedback is at least the service boy should have been more systematic to serve the customer and he should have been updated himself with availability of the food items rather making customer disappointed.
