Worst experience I had when I believed the owner’s words for my baby’s first birthday. We ordered mango flavoured cake and asked for a customised design for cake, which the owner agreed through phone call. But he did a cake of his own choice . The cake wasn’t with mango flavour and just gave a cake without a proper covering. He assured us to give the cake at 11 am, and made us to wait till 11.45 , when the function was about to start. Highly disappointed. Since it was too late and the function was about to start, we had no other choice to arrange another cake and was forced to take cake given by the staff in the bakery.If he couldn’t do the work properly, he should have informed us earlier rather giving fake promise.
