I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with our recent visit to your franchise at Wayanad. Our experience was nothing short of appalling, and we will not be returning.

During our visit, we ordered four milkshakes, and to our disgust, three of them were infested with carpenter ants. This not only ruined our experience but also posed a serious health hazard. The quality of the milkshakes and the lack of attention to detail in their preparation were utterly unacceptable.

As a first-time customer, we were left feeling incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed, and we feel compelled to share our negative experience with you. It is imperative that you take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that this does not occur again.

Furthermore, we have video evidence of the ants in the milkshakes, and if no action is taken, we will have no choice but to share it on social media to warn others about the subpar hygiene and food safety standards at your...

I just bought beef xxx burger, cheese chicken burger and a mixed club from here. After having those meal with my brother...we both felt stomach upset..and suddenly he started vomiting...vomited too much .after the content left from the stomach, he felt some relief..me too felt stomach upset, i had fever on that night, and shivering...the next day he had diarrhea and I started vomiting, that I can't take any other food properly..after continuous vomiting I can't wake up from bed,hospitalised, dr said ,it's food poisoning.3 days fever and vomiting,when that food content completely get out from my body, after taking antibiotics, situation got better. I can't even contact the shop to tell this , because it's switched off. I m so sorry to share this with you,it's the first time in my life,ate a food that is poisoned.,please don't give this type of food to costumers..like us they also came to your shop with the trust ,that you will provide healthy food to...

Burger lounge single handedly popularised the real burger among us Calicut people. Before them, burger was a cutlet slammed between 2 pieces of bun for most people. No cheese, no lettuce and most importantly, no proper patty. They came at us with a mouth watering menu of all kinds of burgers. Currently they have 3 outlets in Kozhikode that I know of and I'm a regular here. Not once have they disappointed me with their burgers. I've tried all of them and my favourite so far would be beef steak burger and double cheese burger. Don't get fooled by the name though. They serve rolls and sandwiches too.
