I just visited here and had an extremely disappointing and harrowing experience. During our visit, the waiter accidentally dropped an falooda on my elderly father, leaving him drenched with glass pieces on the floor . While accidents happen and the staff apologized, what was truly upsetting was the lack of any further courtesy or compensation. Despite the mess and inconvenience caused and almost near fatality with the broken glass , no discount or gesture of goodwill was offered, which would have gone a long way in addressing the situation.

My visit to here few minutes ago , was nothing short of a major disaster and safety hazard. A waiter dropped an falooda on my elderly father, shattering the glass everywhere—including around my children. Despite the obvious danger and inconvenience, the staff did little beyond a weak apology. No discount, no compensation—just a complete disregard for our experience and safety. I had opened a bottle of water to clean up some mess . They charged for that too … ridiculous… This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Owner does not have an empathy of responsibility...

We used to dine at this cafe whenever we visited Thodupuzha in the past few years. We noticed the place near Aashirvaad Cinemas was closed, so we checked Google Maps to find their new location.
