I recently visited Cakes & Cakes and had the chance to try their Chicken Noodles and Turkish Shawarma. The food was delicious, with the Chicken Noodles being flavorful and well-prepared, and the Turkish Shawarma offering a unique taste that was truly enjoyable. The evening ambiance of the cafe adds to the experience, creating a cozy vibe that makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

However, there are a few areas where Cakes & Cakes could improve. The variety of snacks available could be expanded, as there are limited options to choose from. Additionally, while the food I tried was tasty, I felt that some of the dishes could be refined to better meet the expectations for a cafe of this kind.

I’ve also visited other branches of Cakes & Cakes, and unfortunately, the vibe at this location doesn’t quite match up to the lively and inviting atmosphere I’ve experienced elsewhere. Lastly, the pricing of cakes here seems a bit steep, with little room for negotiation, which can be a drawback for some customers.

I recently ordered the Butter Chicken Alfaham from Cakes and Cakes Karunagappally outlet through Swiggy, but my experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what was described on the menu. The dish turned out to be an unpleasant-smelling curry instead of the promised Butter Chicken Alfaham. This misleading information was truly disappointing.

When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with unprofessionalism from the manager, Mr. Prem Kumar. His demeanor and way of speaking were far from what one would expect from a person in a managerial position. I found his unprofessional conduct to be disrespectful and discouraging.

While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is essential for businesses to take responsibility for their errors and handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Now I regret I am the reason why my friends and family members chose this restaurant. all are now telling bad reviews to me. We have tried almost all their dishes as this restaurant is very near to us, now again the option is to go to Lalquila, they are now okay

One of the best in the town. Friendly and well trained staffs and the way they dealing the customers is awesome. We had their special Pizza and zinger burger. It was very delicious and yummy 😋.
