We had ordered Chicken Punjabi, Porotta, and Alfaham. The food was served after quite some delay, and right from the first bite, the Punjabi chicken was of very poor quality. The chicken was extremely hard and had an unpleasant smell. When I raised this issue with the waiter, he insisted that this was simply how the dish tastes. Only after I repeatedly questioned him did another representative come over and admit that the chicken was indeed hard, though they still denied that it was not fresh.
