Tasted CONFIANCE cake and another leading shop,Cake together, Which is having same price tag.

I was wondered with the taste and the quality they where maintaining with each of their product - CONFIANCE.

That time am realised why Confiance different from others ! It’s not just a taste difference, Perfect look Garnish no words to say Cream and spanch (taste wil not fade away) Sugar Quality Totally a perfect combination, nothing is over, nothing is lesser. We can feel the fresh inside 😇 Giving a perfect satisfaction.

And am realised that We cannot compare confinace with Others bcz They where unique !

Next time when I gone to the shop am asked about the ingredients which kind of items you guys using for making this much delicious products, Actually am so curious to know about the secret magic behind the taste and quality !

Hé was shown me the ingredients,which kind of chocolates they where using,which is the cream ! How did they where making spanch (we cannot see a over burned spanch in any of confinace cake ) they where caring that much !

Simple example from my observation

Writings on cake ! If a cake with dark coloured for example chocolate cake then writing will done with white chocolate cream if the cake which is lighter color like Vancho or white forest then writings will be done with chocolate cream I never seen a cake with an artificial coloured writings.

Finally I understood that,

good quality ingredients, perfect ratio,hard work,Concentration and attention and a perfect managing these are the secret recipe to make the product perfect !

This is a production unit first and bake house second. Hence they dont have a large variety of items to choose from. However they follow the quality over quantity approach. Whatever they have is of extremely good quality. They have pastries, muffins, cakes, cookies, jams, honey, different types of breads like whole wheat, multi grain, brown bread etc. They only keep 3 or 4 varieties of pastries on display but others such as red velvet are made to order. A slice of pastry costs 75 Rs while whole pastries start from 750 Rs. These are premium products and I have to say the ones i got to taste are all pretty good. Now you don't have to travel all the way to the city to buy good pastries. Also do try their muffins they are absolutely delightful. This is a family run business. The head chef is someone who's had years of experience working at places like crowne plaza and hotels in the UAE. With a quite and peaceful ambience this is a good place to just sit and drink some nice coffee in the evening. Dont forget to...

It is nice to see the hospitality with which they serve each and every customer whether they come to by a packet of bun or a full fledged chocolate Hazel nut cake which is really commendable . Oops.. I must say this the place where I used to satiate my pregnancy cravings…😋and I was surprised to feel the little feet kick when I had their dry fruit tranch last day.
