Cubes Eatery Food Court — Restaurant in Kerala

We went there for dinner with family of 7 members. We ordered regular burger, snack meal, loaded fries, avocado juice, mojito etc. We decided to try a waffles as well. But it was too bad, and too soft and the texture was like it was kept for an hour. We told our concern to the staff and they told that we can tell it in the counter, when we said this to the person at the counter, we just told them the waffles wasn't matching our expectations it was not like usual waffles in a very calm way we didn't even hesitate to pay for it, we told them we haven't eaten it and is kept there. His response was too bad that he said, this is how it is supposed to be slightly crunchy outside and soft inside and we said exactly but it was inside and outside equally, for which he replied that it is how they serve and it is how waffles are supposed to be. We said we're not eating waffles for the first time again in the calmest way possible, for which he replied that he have nothing more to say than this is how they serve and this is how he have eaten from anywhere. We already had paid the amount before and we said, we are just telling you, and if we were lying we could have eaten the whole thing or took it home but it's kept there. And we left the place. It was a very bad behaviour from their side and made us feel like never going there back again. We were frequent visitors and we used to do home orders as well. We loved loaded fries and was discussing about ordering to home again. But this behaviour was too bad and I don't think we'd go there again or recommend the place to...

I have always appreciated the good atmosphere and peaceful environment here, having visited four times before. However, this time, the service was unfortunately very disappointing.

I was seated and waited for nearly 20 minutes, trying to get the attention of the staff to place an order. The lady in the yellow t-shirt did not acknowledge my calls. Since my family—seven members in total—was waiting downstairs, I had hoped for better service.

Due to this delay, I decided not to order and left. The restaurant missed out on a large bulk lunch order from us. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves...
