while traveling with my daughter i stopped at cake world in kattanam and ordered a cream of chicken soup.it was brought within ten minutes but was made without any salt.i told them about it.when it was first served there were one or two black spots on the top.when i mentioned this to the passing waiter(who is in black shirt),he said,you can just remove them and eat it.so i did.after that i mentioned the soup needed salt,as there was none at all.when they brought it back with salt,it was unpalatable.the second one was extremely salty.i didn't eat it.but they didn't charge for the soup on the bill.the person in the black shirt was arrogant and adamant person.the person who served the dish(in light green checked shirt) apologised and said sorry.When the bbq chicken pizza arrived,it was extremely watery.usually bbq pizza never has that juicy texture in the dough,veggies or even in chicken.even when i mentioned the pizza the person in the black shirt was talking to the woman standing nearby and smiling at us,as if he was insulting or making fun of us.after that the pineapple lime came,it wasn't sweet.when i paid the bill,i met the manager.even though it was the manager or the other waiter,they handled the situation very well.cake world is a hotel i visit occasionally.this is the first time in my life i've seen such arrogant behaviour from a waiter.bad food is acceptable,but dealing with customers is extremely important for an...

But after that the way they treated and improved their customer service was outstanding
Quality, quantity and taste of dishes available in cake world kattanam is mesmerizing
Yesterday I went there again with my family (around 8 of us) the way they treated us with their customer service was really professional This experience really made me to edit the previous rating comments to this one
They also have their pressure at work place and i really understand the situation and feel sorry now for the rude behaviour i showed through rating

I must say this to the higher executive members of cake world to give rewards or appreciation to the delivery boy who did the delivery because he personally came to my home said sorry for the mistake Which really melted my mind and heart feelings

Despite paying a significant amount for a cake on my son's birthday, the special occasion was ruined due to the restaurant's carelessness. We became so upset after seeing the output of the theme cake they have done.
They initially agreed to reproduce the requested model, insisting on a minimum 2 kg order. The total amount increased from the agreed 2700 to 3299 at the time of final payment. Upon receiving the cake, it was evident that the theme was disproportionately small, resembling a poorly executed, small patch on the cake.
Furthermore, the fee for the theme we paid was twice the base rate. Initially, during our discussions, they mentioned needing an additional charge for materials to make the theme appear larger. However, the delivered model was disappointingly ordinary and did not justify the increased cost.
