Dripz Cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

The place is in the heart of Koottanad, and near the junction; on Thrithala road, which makes it easy to find and would be a convenient place to go get a snack during a shopping spree :) ! The downside of the place is that the area can get pretty busy and traffic is HECTIC out there. The café itself is quite small, I'd say it gets tight when there's just about 20 people (so it isn't the best place for a party) but still isn't a bad place for a group of friends or family to get some food!

The service was also not bad! And the drinks were not too bad, I'd recommend the mojitos. Plus, I had ordered a Avocado Shake but the person said that it would have pulp or something (I didn't understand what he said clearly) and it would have just avocado and milk mixed but by tasting it, you could tell that there were some other ingredients than avocado and milk like bananas and I even tasted Boost in it. :/

The food is actually delicious and is served piping hot. I've only tried the loaded fries and the wraps, but those are some of the specialties they serve. However, the food was extremely oily and was really difficult to consume because of it. As an example, the loaded fries were soaked in oil and were already a heavy dish but now made heavier by the oil. I assumed that they didn't dry the oil from the fries or the chicken before serving. The loaded fries were hard to eat, even with 3 people! I'd only recommend it if you're with 3 other people or are really hungry.

Overall, it's not bad but I wouldn't go there every...

Due to Covid as there was no dine in, i had to sit outside which was nice and close to nature. Happy about it. Now comes the food. Ordered an Mega Zinger Burger and Cheesy Beef Burger and Golden Caramel milk shake which was upto the mark.. Now coming to the burger. The zinger burger had 4 patty, which was just 1mm thick and tastes below average. For ₹180 this is really really bad. And then comes the beef burger. Even though there were 2 patty, the flavor was missing. Didn't find it worth for ₹180. The customer service was good. But the burgers were not worth...

Worst experience..!! They are over priced in every item.. I'm ordered caramel shake.. actually they suggested that item to me.. they charged 120 rupees for it.. on the view of quality it's very bad.. they are charging AC cafeteria bill for their open space cafe.. 🙄 If you have a big pocket and not bothering about price & quality you can choose this cafe.. otherwise any local juice shops in Koottanad is the better...
