I had previously enjoyed dining at Filfil, and it was one of my favorite restaurants years ago. However, my recent visit after four years was disappointing. Although the restaurant maintains good cleanliness and the staff are polite and professional, the most important aspect—the food—fell short of expectations.

To begin with, I ordered butter chicken, but what was delivered was a normal chicken curry. The dish lacked the flavor and quality I had anticipated, and it felt like a poor substitute. The taste was underwhelming, and the experience was far from satisfying.

The beverages, too, were disappointing. I ordered a Karikku shake and a chocolate shake, but neither met the standard I expected. The ice cream used as a topping seemed to be of low quality, which diminished the overall experience.

Despite the ample parking space and good service from the staff, the declining quality of food and overpriced menu make it difficult for me to consider visiting Filfil again.

I would rate my experience 1 out of 5, solely because of the food quality. It’s disheartening to see a place I once liked so much fail to meet expectations this time. I hope they address these concerns for a better dining experience...

The locality of this hotel is at one of the prime locations of Adoor, where people could easily pullover and have their food, and even though there are many restaurants in the same spot and also , I opted to have my dinner from here, I wish if they had the dish we ordered from the menu because with such an appearance from exterior people would expect a bit more from the menu. Still since I had options it wasn't an issue for me but it might not be like that for most of the customers , I would say that dinner was about an average that's why I am giving them a 3 star at most because there are many things they could improve and also which can even attract more foodies. I also think they might be able to create a better ambience, but that doesn't mean the current ambience is not good but even though they have got enough dining area where they could create a better experience, I think they could also implement some privacy kind of setup so that it would attract more families and customers who prefer more privacy. All over it was ok but what to say since I have been to restaurants in different districts of Kerala, I felt why not a restaurant in my district could not keep up...

Worst Dining Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this restaurant doesn't care about its customers. The staff stood around chatting like we were invisible. When we were finally seated, it was at a dirty table that hadn't been wiped down.

The service? Absolutely abysmal. Our server acted like we were a burden the entire time, rarely checking on us, and when we asked about the wait (an hour for food, mind you), we got an eye roll and a dismissive "It’ll be out soon." No apology, no explanation. We had to ask three times for water, and it never arrived without us hunting down someone.

Now, the food. Where do I even begin? It was cold, tasteless, and clearly microwaved. The beef was like chewing on a piece of rubber, I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy, let alone pay for it.

By the end of the meal, I felt like I needed to go home and cook something just to get the taste out of my mouth. Save yourself the headache and money—there are plenty of better places that actually care about food and service. This place isn’t...
