Food Co — Restaurant in Kerala

Review on Sep 09, 2018 As a group of 4 we went to have dinner. AMBIANCE : 4/5 in the AC restuarant. The warm lights gave a cozy feel.

FOOD : A cup of grape juice was given as welcome drink. Ordered soups roti and chicken portion Cream of chicken soup - too good! Hot n sour soup - okay. ( Was spicy..well, it has to be) Both of them priced at Rs 90 Tandoori roti - was soft and a big one Alfam - The taste was not up to expectations. Half portion was priced at Rs 230.

SERVICE - too good. They were so polite. DRAWBACK - There was a delay of nearly 45 minutes to get the food.

Overall I would say its the nearest restuarant to the medical college with a good ambiance. Rates were normal. Poor parking space. Arabian dishes has to be improved. Food is okay but that us not the only requirement for a good restaurant.The wait time for food is really high.Like we used to tease ... നല്ല താമസ സൗകര്യം ഉണ്ടല്ലോ There is both nonac and ac facility but the charge for AC is really high but service is good.The Non Ac region gets filled with smoke during preparation of food like they are forcing us to sit under AC section.The meals at noon costs 70 rs and 95 rs in ac .So u can assess the high cost yourself. My friend had also received old food item too ,chicken from chicken biryani The toilets are present for both men and women but out of the two only one works and the doors have been out of order for months together now.Even after complaining no change.Some of the waiters behave very nicely and others are really rude looking...

Earlier I gave two stars, but now I am giving 4 stars because I understood the commitment of the owners in making this restaurant a good one and I had a good second experience.

There is an entry problem to the restaurant created by the two wheelers and private bus people. The two wheelers parks their bikes in the entrance in a manner that blocks the cars from going to the parking area. Private buses sometimes blocks the entrance towards the restaurant. My kind advice to these people is to please park their vehicles in a way which does not disturb the movement of other vehicles. It's an easy and priceless that can be done from the side of these people. I hope the ones who want to change the attitude...
