Good things 1)I love the Atmosphere inside the restaurant. 2) Fried Rice is Amazing

Very Bad Things.

1. Too much of pineapple essence used in all type biriyanis. And it is very annoying while eating.
2. They cook rice and meat seperately and then mixed together when they get the order.
3. Negligence character from the billing counter towards the customers.
4. They are taking 20Rs as delivery charge even if I am inside the 1km circle from the restaurant.
5. Extra Packaging charge is also charging even we are not using the facilities inside the restaurant. Actually we are not using the amenities (Air conditioning, water, toilet, electricity, tissues, tables, chairs, plate, spoon, glass etc.) inside restaurant when we take out the food or receiving delivery from anywhere elese. So they can deliver us the food with free of cost within the particular distance.
6. The restaurant itself forced us not to go there anymore.
7. Cost is also very high (a) Chicken Biriyani - ₹170/- (b) Beef Biriyani - ₹210/- (c) Medium Portion of French Fries - ₹120/- (d) Packing Charge - ₹10/- (e) Delivery Charge within 1km - ₹20/-

Conclusion.

1. Please choose this restaurant only if you don't have any other choices nearby.
2. Please choose if you only love chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles etc...

28th May 2024. Dined here mid day. Ordered Beef chaps, and they gave us beef curry saying that's beef chaps. We called the waiter back and he confirmed that their beef chaps is gravy based . Finally not at all convinced after tasting beef chaps we understood clearly that it is beef curry we requested for meeting the chef. Though the chef denied our request, the restaurant manager came to us saying it is beef chaps. When they issued the bill it showed very clearly as beef curry and when I checked their menu card nothing was mentioned about beef curry . When I raised my query they said not all items were listed in the menu still not willing to admit their mistake. Finally they got convinced that we understood we were cheated and they apologised for their mistake. Be aware of what you want to order and enquire in deep what or how exactly would the item be what we order. And finally pls check the menu card to know if the item is listed coz they can't print a bill with an item not listed in the menu card 😄. Remember don't get cheated ,we had a bitter and bad experience...
