The worst experience ever i got from kollam. I gone here with my family for dinner and we ordered a family pack fried chicken and waited for 45 mins. Thats okay coz good food will take time. we got chicken and my daughter started to eat then she got a hair from a chicken piece so i tell to stop eating and am checked the whole pieces again i got another. Then i called the staff and tell that the issue. He suddenly pickedup the hair from the chicken and give back to me and tell me now its okay. He don’t have any glove or not hygiene.Am complained again but they are not apologise or no sorry, They dont mind. If you want to eat you can eat or otherwise you can left. Thatsall their attitude. Then i request for bill and paid, Am complained again to the person in cash counter. Then he is telling that its not thier restaurant problem its came from maida only or from any powder they use. This how they all react. Please don’t suggest this restaurant for families. I ill not go this stupid place again, will not recommend to my friends or...
