Today, I visited Maheswari and ordered a Masala Dosa and a Coffee. When I placed my order, I specifically requested that both items be served together. However, the coffee was not brought even after I reminded the waiter twice. Eventually, I finished my food without receiving it.

When I went to the counter to pay, I asked the staff how much for one Masala Dosa. He asked if I had received the bill, to which I replied no. After explaining the situation, he responded very rudely, even speaking harshly to the waiter in front of other customers.

This was an unpleasant experience. The issue is not just about the missing coffee, but about the lack of proper management, training, and customer service. Staff should be taught how to treat customers respectfully and serve them properly.
