I recently 23/12/24 dined at Saravana Restaurant, drawn in by its reputation for quality food and vibrant atmosphere. However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the supervisor, which left a sour taste that lingered long after the meal.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the supervisor was in a bad mood. Instead of warmly welcoming guests, they were curt and dismissive. I observed them interacting with the staff in a way that was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. It was disheartening to see employees being reprimanded in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone in the restaurant.

During our meal, I noticed that the supervisor was more focused on managing complaints than ensuring a pleasant dining experience. When we encountered an issue with our order, I expected a prompt and courteous response. Instead, the supervisor approached our table with an air of irritation, as if our concern was an inconvenience rather than a valid issue to be addressed. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen made the situation worse, leaving us feeling dismissed rather than valued.

Moreover, the overall demeanor of the supervisor affected the staff's performance. It was evident that the team was anxious and hesitant, likely due to the harsh treatment they received. This created a ripple effect that impacted the quality of service throughout our visit.

While the food at Saravana Restaurant was enjoyable, the experience was marred by the supervisor's negative behavior. A restaurant’s ambiance is just as important as its menu, and unfortunately, this visit left much to be desired. I sincerely hope that management takes note of the supervisor's conduct and prioritizes creating a more positive and supportive environment for both staff and customers.
