Ivy 9 — Restaurant in Kerala

One of the worst service in my experience. Ordered parcel by phone. Even after repeated follow-ups from our end they couldn't deliver the items to a destination which is 1.5 kms near to the restaurant. After 2 hours again we had to cancel the order because of the person who was taking the order. We even asked him to call us by the delivery boy, which never happened.

Previously we used to buy items from this restaurant. Quality was not that bad. Because of this bitter experience I feel the management need to look in to the matter. While going through the previous reviews, I could see similar complaints for others as well. Never before I find such a casual approach. We Ordered at 11.30 am and till 1.30 pm nothing happened. In between we had to call the restaurant for three times. Delay is not the problem, main problem is they are not following up with us. Everytime when we called they kept fresh orders and tried to deliver. Better avoid collecting parcel from the restaurant directly. If you wish to order, try using some app. Rating is given as low because of the irresponsible behaviour...

A bunch of "PROFIT" minded service staff!! ...

1. Ivy9 restaurant as you all know is in the vicinity of malaparamba junction... Frequented by people travelling in tourist buses.. .. You will be neglected if you are just a group of one or two people... You will have to wait too much to get your orders supplied.. Even if you arrived before touristers... Profit minded staff just prefer to entertain the larger groups... Even the frequent diners get ignored.. Never expect a friendly gesture from staff

2. Staff just don't reveal to you all the items in menu... Even you asked repeatedly... They prefer to sell you their worst... Their so called high priced special dishes... After somehow gobbling down their so called special's ... You get to see them creating those dishes you asked repeatedly... From AIR... and serving majestically to their large customer's

All in all I would like to rate 10 out of 10 for their fantastic...

Items tried: Nadan Chicken curry, Thattu Dosha, Mushroom curry, Chapati, Wheat Porotta, and Kerala Porotta.

Nadan chicken curry was bland and tasted like mixed vegetarian masala. No characteristics of Nadan Chicken curry. Simply thickening the curry won't make it any better. One of the worst chicken curries I ever had.

Mushroom curry wasn't any different. You need to dip your fingers and search for mushrooms. And one of the smallest button mushrooms I have seen. Maybe they should name this one micro-button mushroom curry or kadai whatever.

Thattudosha was good. But we got spoiled curry. It was all bubbles on the surface. It was certainly prepared a long time ago and reheated.

Chapati was average. Porotta was cold and thick.
