Very bad experience. The tables are not clean, ants and insects running here and there on the table. Food quality and taste are very bad. Masala dosa was not good and vada was one day old. The breakfast menu was poor and most of the Kerala breakfasts are not available. They have parking space in front and easily accessible from highway

The hotel looks good from outside. The place is neat and tidy. There is good space for parking and is easily noticable. We went there in the evening and unfortunately there were any dosa items available. Staff seems to be friendly and the hotel has got a good atmosphere. Overall the hotel is good..

The attached picture shows the condition of saucer which was used to serve tea in the A/C family room of Kerala Coffee House in Erumalloor. Disgusting...... I've never seen such pathetic crokeries in any hotel..... Please serve to your customer's satisfaction.

This restaurant had a good service when it had opened in 2015 or 16. However it’s standard has deteriorated drastically over the years. They have limited dishes and are forced to have what is available. Today when I came for breakfast at 0845 am they said that the breakfast is not ready, whereas there are several Indian Cofee House on the same highway where you get good breakfast. On 06th January 2018, I and my wife visited this place for break fast. The time was 10.30 . Unlike in the past, almost all the tables were full. No body came for taking orders even after 10-15 minutes. We protested and came out. But on a request by a staff we decided to eat. But the ordered food was not available. The dosa ordered contained lot of Maida mix. I finally decided not to visit this...
