I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with this KFC outlet. Orders placed through their app or website always take an unreasonably long time — much longer than orders made via Zomato or Swiggy, which makes me wonder if delays are deliberate. The food often arrives cold and loses its taste because of this.
More than twice, my orders have been missing items, and I was never offered any refund or compensation. Also, many times the restaurant claims they don’t have snacks or drinks, and if these are part of a combo, they just leave it out without offering a replacement.
Trying to get help is nearly impossible. The phone number listed on Google Maps and the KFC app is out of service. When I finally got the store manager’s number from customer care, they never answer calls no matter how many times I try.

Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your outlet. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below KFC’s usual standards.
Limited Beverage Options – Apart from Mirinda, no other drink was available.
Customisation Denied – I requested fries/popcorn to be made slightly spicy (as done at your Munnar outlet yesterday), but the staff flatly refused.
Outlet Ambience – The air conditioning was not working, making it very uncomfortable to dine in.
Food Quality – Upon ordering a roll, I was served something that looked like a homemade-style roti instead of the expected KFC standard. (Image attached for reference.)
Ordering Issues – I also tried to place the order through the KFC app, but the checkout option was disabled, which added to the inconvenience.
This was a pathetic experience compared to the usual quality and service I expect from KFC. I request you to kindly look into this matter, take corrective action, and ensure better quality control...

The staff were very indifferent and unprofessional,did not bother to speak even after repeated queries,had very rude attitude and behaviour.The standards of hygiene and tidyness are also very low compared to the brand . Customers with even infants were waiting for almost an hour after placing the order.Also,the manager mentioned that there is an issue with 'heating' of some machine,I pray that he knows that temperature is a critical control point and a machine should not run if it has heating issues...KFC!!! By then,We totally got fed up, cancelled the order and left.This is the second bad experience from the same outlet... This outlet is definitely a black mark on KFC's face...being a trusted brand,I hope KFC management look...
