KFC — Restaurant in Kerala

I recently visited the KFC at kunnamagalom, and I had a great experience! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive expleshaly (midhun) . The food was, as always, top-notch—crispy, flavorful fried chicken that lived up to the famous "Original Recipe" standard. I also tried their [chikken, burgers], which were delicious and complemented the chicken perfectly.

The service was quick, and the meal was served hot and fresh. I appreciate the wide variety of options available, making it easy to customize my meal to suit my taste. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or feeding the family, KFC always delivers quality and consistency.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to KFC with my friends. We ordered the 8-piece combo for around 1500 rupees, expecting a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The chicken was excessively oily, and the ambiance was uninviting. The AC wasn't working, making the dining area uncomfortable. To top it off, the service was subpar.

Overall, our experience was a total disappointment. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and service. I wouldn't recommend this KFC...

Newbie staffs and total chaotic... dips went missing while dining in, and we have to ask for the dips each time even if we have already paid for it. We asked to make the uneaten pieces of chicken and the dips to parcel and ordered extra pieces of chicken but they removed the dips from the parcel, so frustrated that we only came to know the items missing when opening the parcel at home.
