Don’t go here with high expectation. The food was not great when considering that this is a star rated property.

The service and courtesy of the staff and the ambiance is great.

However the food was pathetic. Since it was Valentine’s Day, they did not have A la carte. The on house menu was really disappointing. (Unfortunately got to know that the on house menu was limited in quantity after we started off with the dinner) A road side restaurant would have provided so much more flavour and satisfaction for a fraction of the cost.

It’s not about just the cost. The overall experience gets spoiled by a pathetic spread of items where one item tastes ok and there are no repeat orders.

I have to have dinner from somewhere...

Awesome venue let down by poor food and average service. We ordered 3 burgers which arrived after approx 1 hour, and were luke warm. The chips served with them were stone cold. The staff replaced the chips (arriving after we finished our meals) but there was no form of recognition or apology for the poor experience. When you charge premium prices, your food and service needs to match. After we finished our meal we were given the bill and told there were people waiting for our table so we needed to leave. The restaurant was half empty so not sure why you'd ask paying customers to leave? A long way short of expectations for a venue claiming...

I visited Kloud 9 Resto Bar,i expected a 5 star experience Unfortunately, what I received was far below expectations.From the moment I arrived, the service felt completely unprofessional. I tried to reach out to the staff, but there was no proper coordination or courtesy shown. For a place that presents itself as a premium resto-bar, the entire experience felt more like a local dhaba absolutely disappointing, I know what a 5-star experience should look like. This was nowhere close. If you want to retain loyal customers and maintain your reputation, I strongly recommend the management to re-evaluate the service standards and train the staff...
