Bad experience. Visit the place if you have plenty of time to spare. After waiting 15-20 minutes. The staff there had the audacity to say that it will take 30 minutes to take order and another 1 hour to serve the food. I experienced such a rude behaviour from the staff, Come on bruh!!! Just want to let you know that your’s is not the first restaurant we have been to. The most appalling thing was no one came to take the order for more than 20 minutes and when my brother asked the waiter to atleast take up our order only then he mentioned that it will take another 30 minutes to take the order and atleast 1 hour to cater it. No doubt the restaurant was crowded but the basic etiquette is to set the expectation with new guests that even order taking would be delayed. If you would have told us the same as we entered, we would have left right away in search of other place to eat. I recently visited this restaurant and had an incredibly disappointing experience, primarily due to the staff's terrible service. The waiter was arrogant and seemed very reluctant to answer my questions about their dishes. I ordered two shakes and changed the flavors before they were made. After finishing our food, I was told that we never ordered those flavors and couldn't change the order if the shakes were already made. The first thing this restaurant needs to learn is that the customer is always right. Moreover, the way the waiter served us was shockingly rude. He placed our shakes through a net square next to the table as if we were there for free food. When I raised these issues with the manager, he didn’t even apologize and just said, “okay.” This level of disrespect is unacceptable. On top of all this, the food was mediocre. The "Mula Biryani" and "Kozhi Pothi" were both disappointing. I will definitely not be returning...

Sorry to say that the food quality and the quantity is worst. Today i have ordered a parcel of 3 beef fry and 12 porotta. The beef costs 140rs and the quantity is very very less. We will get more quantity of beef with better quality for 80-100 rs in other shops. The overall set up is normal, but they are trying to boost it with some lights and decorations (NOT WITH QUALITY & QUANTITY OF FOOD). The food quality is below normal and the quantity is very very pathetic. The worst thing is that the waiting time for this is more than 30 minutes. At this waiting time, i tried a bajji with tea.
