Feeling insulted and Cheated..!!

I thought my experience was bad and here I can see so many with same experience.

This is happened today @ 8'PM in KR Bakery Valanchery Bus Stand.

What a bad customer service. Sales people are fighting infront of me and one person is asking the other to deliver the product to me and the other is asking him that "what you're doing now?" Then I took the product to the cashier and asked for what purpose you opened and these delivery guys are why like this..!!

He himself took the product and billed the same and handed over the product to me. I couldn't understand what's happening there.

I bought this product (donuts) for my son with the higher rate of Rs.88/- for the quality they assured. But there also I am feeling cheated. Here I'm posting the pics of their product and tell me for what sake you're charging Rs.88/-. There was no cream at all and we have to eat like a bread.

This is my second experience with both product and service. I don't think this arrogance will last. You will come to know what's the value of customer.

Please do not come up with your cliche apologise replies down to my message as there is no value in it. I can see your replies for so many feedbacks and nothing has happened.

So please don't come with fake promises.

I bought Mysore pak, burfis and some other sweets to gift my colleagues, surprisingly, all got damaged due to fungus and mold within a couple of days ,indicating zero food safety, staff were unhygienic, not wearing gloves and head caps , I request the nearby public health authorities to intervene in this matter, I got your reply for the comment, there is no point if I contact you for further assistance,since the issue is already shared, let me know the corrections and corrective actions made, if you have a true food safety management system in place rather playing with the health of customer for narrow profits. The bakery serves really delicious and hygienic food — easily one of the tastiest in the area. However, the service could definitely be better. The staff, especially those at the billing counter and the waiters, seem quite indifferent and unwelcoming, almost as if they’re not interested in having customers. It’s quite hard to get the waiters’ attention, and they have this odd habit of bringing the bill along with the order and then disappearing. The billing staff act as if they’re solving some complex algorithm while taking payment — they hardly even look up or acknowledge you. A little more politeness and attentiveness from the team would make this place...
