It was a nice place to go and have food at changanacherry many years ago when I made a review years back. I remember back in college days our gang used to come here. I personally liked their mixed fried rice but nowadays its like they're trolling us with their food. If you are their loyal customer over the years you'll have noticed by now how the quantity and quality of food have degraded over time while their prices are increasing simultaneously. Now you get less food for more money. In case of parcel services, they have changed to a smaller parcel box and that too food is filled only upto a little more than half. Earlier you used to get food filled in the whole bigger box. And in case of chicken fried rice, today I ordered one and there was soooo little pieces (and that too tiny) of chicken in there that its more apt to call that thing an egg fried rice instead of chicken fried rice. Earlier the food here was worth the money spent now this whole place is just a scam. They're only after increasing profit one way or the other. Providing good food for the money customer pays is not their concern anymore. And you have to manage your timing accordingly as food you want is not always available. I don't know how they're expecting to keep customers if they resort to doing things like this. And one time I remember drinking rose milk and got food poisoning next day like bruh! If you're serving below standard food atleast have the audacity to serve them at below...

I ordered mixed fried rice and pepper chicken yesterday. The waiter informed me later that pepper chicken is unavailable and suggested garlic chicken instead. What finally got served after waiting was deep fried chicken in tomato sauce and rice with deep fried chicken alone. It was an awful experience. It was decent to let me know whatever they can make properly than to make dishes with whatever they couldn't sell or was left out. At that moment I recollected what one of my acquaintance shared about K R Bakers two years ago. They try to sell old or leftovers and can't rely on quality or freshness. I somehow believed it as she was a native of Changanassery and didn't buy anything from there till recently. Off late I visited them a couple of times and was about to change my opinion for good and yesterday it got reversed. They charge Rs.220 for mixed fried rice and they shouldn't make a fool of ourselves. We pay high to get fresh, good, tasty and healthy food. It is our right and need to fight for it. I complained about food and the waiter and cook were willing to recall or replace the order. They know what condemnable thing they have done. But I paid for fried rice as I have consumed a portion of it while waiting for their so called garlic chicken.Their charge is on a higher side for the ambience and attitude of their staff.Yet they have done this...

Two weeks ago I order a birthday cake for today via phone and discusse with the lady in the counter and with a chef. The lady agreed with me they will deliver the cake to my address, as they previously done it for me( long time ago ) Yesterday I text my address and ask them again when they can deliver it, i didn't get any response for any of my messages. And today I call them and ask it again, very carelessly they said they can't deliver it. If you can't deliver you must inform it. Very disappointed with that carelessness and pathetic and unprofessional way of communication.

Anyway, many times I purchase Belgium chocolate cake from you... It was very nice and...
