One of the most authentic restaurant i have visited in Wayanad. Especially for place like Wayanad that has sevured its authenticity and a place we can still say its not commercialized, this restaurant proves it. Kuruva has a beautiful structure and every thing in it has a story and a purpose to secure the culture and heritage.. The lamps used or the roof, its just beautiful.
You will get authentic kerala food or i should say authentic Wayanad food because the food taste changes in different parts of Kerala. Very helpfull staff and has a quick ssrvice.
I was lucky to have a chat with one of its co owners Moideen Koya and he was very welcoming and told us about how they came up with this design and their thought process. He and his team has always been keen to promote Wayanad and to secure the heritage of the place.
If you are in Wayanad then you should add this place to your list. Visit this place in the evening and enjoy the dinner in this authentic restaurant eating authentic food with an authentic...

I have seen four month old reviews regarding this joint where the lack of cleanliness of the toilets was mentioned and the owner promised to look into it. However, nothing seems to have changed. On the whole a very...

Giving 3 star for taste and food quality; our main was chatti chor or meals in earthen pot. The rice was not hot, currys were a bit bland but in line with traditional taste, and the number of items usually associated with the dish was less. They can do much better with resources at hand. And they don't accept cards..only...
