Malhaar Biriyani — Restaurant in Kerala

Hi friends I did parceled three biriyani from Malhaar Biriyani situated in highschool junction adoor for one biriyani it cost Rs.185. I was so thrilled about to have a biriyani from this new restaurant near my place but my expectations about the Malhaar was not as I thought. Biriyani was not good at all taste like north indian masala where in it and prepare like when go for a christian marriage in around pathanamthitta side there we get biriyani added with kissmis cashew nut basumathi rice and chicken fryed pieace her the only change is a north indian masala was used taste was very bad also the quantity was small and the cost of this biriyani is also high for the Malhaar only positive is after eating biriyani I don't face any stomach problem. I think if they read this review they will improve there biriyani expecting for good...

Chicken biryani from malhar was a scrumptious grandeur to me. It was relishing in every bite.The well cooked rice without any stickness and spices, vegetables are topped with perfect quantity another thing is the tenderness of the Chicken. It slowly dripping down in your mouth. The masala essence is perfectly balanced. After the meal there is no sign of fatigue .Additionally those with sweet tooth can have a bowl of gulab jamun. Salad is nicely chooped with fresh vegetables. The salty sweetness of pickle make it as a perfect side dish of biriyani. The packaging is nicely done and the hospitality of workers is amiable. Visited Malhaar Biriyani again. Bought Malhaar Biriyani, they call it Malhaar Zafraani Biriyani, and Chicken Momos. Malhaar Biriyani bought back memories of my stay in the city of Hyderabad. Real mughalai taste of Hyderabadi biriyani. On the container, they have mentioned adding saffron in the preparation. It seems to me that it adds a different twist to the taste. Malhaar Biriyani comes with Gulab Jamun, and dates pickle as accompaniment. Chicken Momos was really good. Absolutely delicious. Will visit again.
