Mango bakers, Cheroor — Restaurant in Kerala

I have been a regular customer of Mango Bakes in Cheroor Kinar branch, but my recent experience left me disappointed. I visited the outlet and purchased ice cream, cutlets, and another item for a total of Rs. 320. As I arrived at the outlet on my bike, I asked for a paper carry bag to carry my items, but the sales girl refused to provide one. She directed me to the man sitting on the cashier seat to ask for a bag, but his response was terrible. Despite being a regular customer, I was denied a paper carry bag and even a bill. It is frustrating to see a franchise like Mango Bakes tarnishing the reputation of the brand by providing poor customer service. If you plan to visit Mango Bakes, remember to bring your own bags as they might not provide one. On the other hand, I recently visited Snow White's dry wash outlet on MG Road, and they provided me with a big cover for my dry wash order of a dress worth Rs. 350. The cashier at Mango Bakes tried to blame the government's policies for the lack of paper bags instead of addressing their own shortcomings, which is quite comical. As a regular customer, I expected better customer service and would have appreciated a little more empathy and concern from the staff. Yesterday,I bought 10 pedas from this store it costs me 230 rupees,which is like 23 rupees for a single peda ,that too for a small thing,it's size is very small than any other peda and it costs way more than any other peda and the peda tastes awful,I never had a peda like this,worst peda ever.
