Marina Sea Food Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

We have ordered normal meals with koonthal roast & orange juice!! I specifically told the service boy that we need the juice 1st, but received that on last!!! Also the orange juice was just okay okay. The meals are average & number of curry was lesser than usual restaurants serve!!! Also the price is high. The koonthal roast was too cool, they where not selling fresh koonthal roast or not re heating before serving, then what's the point to delay the specials? Received the koonthal roast after finishing half of the meal!!! Also the staffs behaviour wasn't satisfying because my husband ordered extra rice & sambar, they doesn't provide sambar & cause too much delay to provide rice & still we doesn't get sambar!!! while ordering meals it's common to refill the rice, sambar etc (not specials) if the customer asked for it. They refuse to refill the item!!! Also one lady was asking all the customers that they where orderd any specials, including us, the service boy already took our orders, then whats the point to ask it again? If you having lack of professionally qualified staff then hire someone who can give correct orders to the kitchen at least!! The Overall...

I'm genuinely furious about this experience. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Don't even think about going to this place . The food was completely tasteless no flavour, no effort,nothing that justifies calling it a restaurant. We went there as a family . Looking forword to a good seafood meal and some quality time ,but instead,we were served disappointment on a plate . It's infuriating how they can charge money for something so bad.
