The premise being near to railway station and Bus Depot the travellers can enjoy a very good hygiene stay facility . The most appreciable part is that they have sufficient Parking space for Two Wheelers and Four Wheelers. The parking space is well managed /organized in such way that the guest and visitors can peacefully park their vehicle at the same time the pedestrians may not have issue on disturbances.

The Mansion also carries a restaurant just in the entrance itself helping the inmates of Lodging.

The Federal Bank and ATM of Federal Bank is also in the same building which is very helpful for guest / inmates.

One of the leading hotel in kayamkulam town. Ample car parking facilities are available.The rooms are average with affordable rate . Restaurant facilities are there.They serves good and tasty food.Outdoor food corner is there. This hotel is very near to kayamkulam railway station and one km away from KSRTC bus stand. Lot of shopping establishment are near to it. There is petrol pump in front of the hotel.Lot of ATM counters...

The worst hotel I had ever experienced... they are claiming it as 3 star....no hot water...old bedcovers ...AC not serviced...and more over disturbances by nearby rooms (drunkards)...it's worth about 750/- and they r looting 2000/- from common people...not recommended..pls guys don't spoil Ur day ter.... .no roomservice...the receptionist behaviour is so horrible ..seems they r harvesting...
