Masala cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

I visited Masala Cafe during my travels to Sultan Bathery for lunch. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The water was served in a dirty glass with food particles from previous use. Despite complaining to the waiter twice and requesting a replacement, it was not addressed. When I raised these concerns with the cashier during bill payment, they did not listen or address the issues. The only vegetarian hotel near Vythiri. Situated next to the scenic Tea gardens. This place has amazing ambiance.

We visited here for lunch. To our disappointment there had a fixed menu serving “ sadhya meals” . While I am happy to relish the local cuisine. My family was more bent towards north indian / punjabi cuisine. They serve north indian only for dinner.

Tasty food and very nice atmosphere. But unfortunately there is a lil bit disappointment in service. There were only one person to serve all the customers when I'm visited.

Recommended food : Chicken biriyani. Masala dosa. Porotta. Beef fry.
