MASHWI ARABIC RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Kerala

I am one of a regular customer of this restaurant.Initially when the started they come up with big porottas,and a unique tasty mandhi than usual.But when I visited two days before and it was 2 pm only.They got only mandhi and biriyani.I along with my colleague ordered a mandhi and a biriyani.Service was not much appreciable but it was expected from my previous experiences.The food came ,not that hot or steamy.Mandhi rice was blunt and chicken tasted like nothing,chewing something.Also the biriyani was also not all good.It seemed like old ones or used old items for cooking.I was disapppinted with this,anyhow i completed my meal.I went to counter ,paid the bill and complained to the manager about the food,and he was like,Is it?,oh ok ad end of the topic.I think they have degraded themselves in dine in when they started online delivery in swiggy.Would be much appreciable if you guys take a look on the...
