N3 Spices & Bakers — Restaurant in Kerala

I have been to many bakeries in kottayam but I must say these are the only people who have the nerves to sell yesterday's ruined cake today for the same price . This is not my first experience here. I had bought two cream buns once and when i asked for cream bun, the lady at the counter stared at the man inside and he said just give it. I didn't understand y. As I was so hungry I opened it immediately in the car and when i took a bit i realised it was yesterday's. I went and asked if it is yesterday's. Then they immediately took it from me and went inside and brought two fresh cream buns which was just made. Today i could open this packet only when i reached home and as soon as i opened the nasty smell of old cream and when i took a bite it was just so bad i felt to throw up. These peoples' thought while selling old stuff is simply " oh they arent gonna die because of some old cake. We need profit". I want them to remember the fate of a big restaurant which was there in sankranthi that was there in the same place where they are now. And just throw of those photos of gods you have above your counter. God is not on your side you hypocrites. We buy these snacks for own kids and toddlers. Posting these photos before I throw these ridiculously high priced cakes...

Rude behaviour of staff Thomas kutty to my mother. Visited the panampalam branch today with my mother. She bought some items and while billing my mother asked to add another item at the counter. By then the staff had raised the bill & was irritated by it. He took then old bill back, added this item and threw it at her face when she asked what the total amount is. Totally unacceptable. We raised an issue then & there and also called up the owner & informed. Please teach your staff “A Customer is the most important visitor on our premises.He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him.” We also run a chain of retail shops, so we know this well.
