I’m extremely disappointed with the recent parcel order from Nahdi Mandi, especially considering it was placed with high expectations for our Bakrid celebration. The food lacked the signature taste and uniqueness that Nahdi is known for — it felt completely disconnected from our past dine-in experiences. The flavors were flat, the quality was poor, and it was a complete letdown.

We placed this order from your Mukkam outlet, despite being nearly 13 km away, only because of our past trust in your brand. But sadly, this decision turned our special occasion into a regretful one. We ordered in bulk for our family and relatives, and the food failed to meet even basic expectations. As you can see in the pictures — most of the food was left untouched and wasted. That speaks volumes about the quality.

The worst part is, the only negative feedback we received during our Bakrid reception was about the food. A reputed brand like Nahdi should never compromise on taste or standards — even for bulk orders.
