we visit there most of the days as it is near our home.. but day by day the quality of food is deteriorating and staff behaviour is pathetic.. have had different experiences which i never posted thinkin they might improve; most of the days table was not cleaned after the previous customer, or had water right on top of my head from roof, etc etc to name a few… today i have to post because this is way more than all this… i ordered orange juice costing me 99 rupees and what came was a stale orange juice which tasted horrible n smelled like dirty water.. i looked to the counter n saw the juice making staff looking at me and laughing covering his mouth and talking to the girl over the counter.. she also looked at me and they stared from there… i went and told them about the stale juice and both of them stood there bewildered.. the girl told may be the juice is sour cz ts orange… i told them this is not the first time i am having an orange juice to identify wether ts sour or stale.. n she gave me the bill… din even bother to cancel the bill for the juice i dint drink.. n i saw upper grade staff standing there as if he din even bother to know what was going on.. so i went and told him about the stale juice and told me they will replace it if i told them to… i had to wait to get this n then wait again to get it replaced.. y waste other people’s time fr such drama just give them good quality stuff for their money … n then i left the place… i have issue wth my stomach n feels very nauseous….. hope to recover soon… anywayz this is my last time to go to neft… i dont want my money wasted on such stale things and then deteriorate my health..

review dated 24/3/2025 After seeing the new lights and flashboards thought i would give a try again at neft. food- chicken nuggets- too dry, bland, charred vanilla shake- bland mangoe juice- pathetic amd watery ketchup- provided an almost empty bottle and when asked for a refill they said to adjust with what is there as its not available. This is the last and final time me and my family is trying out this place; we would never try or recommend this to anyone ever. The worst food and service...

A classic story of acceptance gone to head. I can't think of any other way to describe this establishment. Although it is not entirely the food that this review is about, it focuses mainly on the customer service aspect. The service is an ideal example of how to put off any loyal customer that has been frequenting this restaurant, since it's beginning. Today was the final nail in the coffin atleast for me and my family. We called ahead and requested for reserving for our 8 pax family but got bluntly cut off after being said that they can't and won't do the same. Even then, we decided to go since we were taking our relatives who had come down from Dubai and wanted to check out the place. After reaching we were told then that since it's busy, we had to wait for 45 mins! Even though I felt to leave, I agreed since I had old people in my group,. And then comes the waiter after almost 30 mins, saying that the restaurant won't have tables for another half and hour and requesting us to be patient. Even after asking them to get us even ordinary tables, we were harshly told to understand and if can't make time, then to come back another time. Dear restaurant, there is no issue in having a good rush hour and you making money especially in these hard pandemic times. However the most basic criteria while treating your customers is to be nice, cordial and maybe even a bit regretful if you end up putting them in a situation where they're disappointed. And only for this reason, I'm parting ways with your establishment and will explain the same to every single person I've referred to your place since the beginning. The 1 star is only maybe for the above average choice of food and it's good taste. However food alone will not and shouldn't be how restaurants are quantified and hence this review. Thanks,...

I went to NEFT for lunch with ny parents. After waiting for 15 minutes a server came to take order but before ordering he handed over to another server. We felt awkward but since we were starving we ordered biriyani for me and father and porotta beef roast for mother (2 porottas). After a long waiting of about 45 minutes the server brought us the plates and again after waiting for about 15 to 20 minutes we were served with our order. Please note that during this long waiting period one served as water or didn't even responded to our calls as if we didn't exist. One server who saw us acted as if we didn't exist but was eager to respond to a group of girls. Again after serving no one even bothered to ask whether we wanted anything else (pls note that we all wanted seconds and also wanted juice and tea), hell they didn't even bothered to give us the bill. I had to personally go to the billing counter to get the bill. After getting the bill a server took the money and bill to the paying section at the parcel counter and handed me the balance and was standing with me as if waiting for tip which i didn't give ( and for what? For all the waiting and poor service it should have been the other way around). I would not recommend...
