Worst worst worst experience. The management is running the restaurant at upstairs only with one staff member. He is going his best but the orange management doesn’t care about the customers. We waited for almost 45 minutes to get the food and told there’re is no Chinese chef so no fried rice available. While taking order they can mention it. Received chatti biriyani very very cold. Seems it have cooked morning and serving now. I think they have a tie up with near by hospital or doctors where the orange restaurant customers will visit the doctor for food poisoning. Food is ok ok. Can't be said it's too good and all. Ordered mixed fried rice as per the positive reviews and yes it's good and its tasty while eating it in hot condition itself. Non veg pieces are a bit dry but still it's good. Then ordered chicken chilly , it's not up to the mark. Too much saucy and mainly bone pieces are there. Stopped at this restaurant on the way back to Aluva from Athirapalli falls mainly because was looking for a toilet break and some coffee. They have a family restaurant with an average toilet.
