We had stopped for Dinner at Pisharody's and ordered Masala Dosa, Ghee roast, Garlic roast and paneer masala dosa. All other dosas were good except for the Paneer dosa, the stuffing had gone bad and was giving a sour taste. We called the waiter and informed him, he went and checked it and came and told us that it was not spoil. He then replaced it with another dosa, we asked for a podi roast as a replacement but he ended up bringing a ghee roast, inspite of the mistake , the ghee roast tasted fine. But the service and the attitude of the hotel staff was very distasteful! In Kerala heat, it is completely understandable if the masala goes bad by late evening, but the attitude of the waiter was what we did not like, the way he denied that it was not spoilt at all and he tasted and checked it but didn't find anything wrong. Also when we spoke to the person at the billing counter about this, his response was "Anyway you got your dosa replaced,right?" The overall attitude of the staff was very poor, the whole issue would have been easily sorted if the waiter had just apologized instead of justifying saying the food had not gone bad, as if customers are gaining anything out of lying about a dosa!!! Staff needs lot of training on customer service and customer satisfaction! They need to learn to accept a mistake and apologize rather than justifying and showing attitude to...
