When looking from the outside and the extra nice ambience in the inside, we will feel that it is the best restaurant in Chengannur. At the first sight I too feel the same.. I went inside and ordered Chicken biriyani and a Lime juice.. Truth is that the food give me a little disappoinment. The rate is ok based on the food provided.. The bill was ₹143/- for Biriyani and 23.__/- for Lime juice.. Like juice was just a waste of money.. Nearby bakerys provide way better lime juices.. The total bill was ₹175/-. It made me truly disappointed.. Even though I'm disappointed with the whole set, they are adding GST over it. The hotel inside the Chengannur town 'Eat n Park' provide better Biriyani at much less amount. I'll guarantee all that the small bakeries and cool drink stores provide much better Lime juice.. Last but not least the experience from the staffs was not so good.. There was only one man who run to all desks to take the orders and provide the food.. The rest others are just watching.. I don't know why!! They even don't try to help him.. That may be their company's trade secret or something..

I went there by seeing the ratings and reviews in the Google.. But for the first time, I felt very much disappoinment by following google reviews.. May be this was only happened to me.

I'm giving 3 stars because whether it is good or bad food, It actually help me to overcome my hunger. I cannot disrespect the food I ate.

I had been to this place yesterday and also a couple of times earlier. They cheat customers by exhorting excessive amount on any items of fish. Their rate match with the rates of any 3 star hotels in Trivandrum. If you ask the rate, they say as per size. If you still ask what is the present rate they will say a rate. But when bill comes you will be astonished to find a rate at least Rs 70- 80/ over the said rate. if you ask then, the clarification we get then is, we only told rate range from the said rate, which is not true. This is a clear cheat. This is not the first time we experience this.So after confirming their billing pattern I am forced to write this. Yesterday when we ordered for 3 plates fish fry, it was told Rs.150/ per plate. But when bill came it was Rs. 210/ per plate. The ordinary fish curry was also charged Rs.220/ - When asked for clarification, they said the rate range from Rs.150/- An easy way of taking money from customers. So be careful while ordering fish items and items whose rates are not mentioned...

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for the past few years, and the food has always been decent. However, my recent experience was disappointing.

Today, I decided to visit the restaurant directly instead of ordering through Swiggy. Unfortunately, the cashier was extremely arrogant and unprofessional, giving cold and unhelpful responses, as if he was dissatisfied with his job. Frustrated, I returned home and placed an order through Swiggy instead.

The experience didn’t improve— the packaging was extremely poor, with almost half the dish spilled inside the carry bag. The delivery person even witnessed the mess.
